"Thnks fr th Mmrs" (pronounced "thanks for the memories") is a song by American rock band Fall Out Boy, released on March 27, 2007 as the second single from their third studio album, Infinity on High. With music composed by lead vocalist and guitarist Patrick Stump and the lyrics penned by bassist Pete Wentz, the song was one of the two tracks produced by Babyface for the album. "Thnks fr th Mmrs" was a commercial success, reaching No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, and became the band's highest charting and most popular single in Australia at No. 3 on the ARIA charts. It was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for shipments of 500,000 units, and Platinum in Australia, denoting shipments of 70,000 copies. The hit single reached the two-million sales mark week ending December 27, 2009 in the US, becoming another two-million seller for the band, along the likes of their earlier single "Sugar, We're Goin Down" from their previous 2005 album From Under the Cork Tree. By February 2014 it has sold 2,527,000. "Thnks fr th Mmrs" became a staple at the band's concerts, interview performances and radio.
