"Animate" is of "Counterparts" the fifteenth studio album by Canadian rock band Rush, released on October 19, 1993. It became the band's highest charting album in the US, peaking at #2 on the Billboard 200 (only behind Pearl Jam's Vs.). 19 years later, Rush would later debut at #2 on the Billboard 200 again, with the release of 2012's Clockwork Angels. Atlantic Records has claimed that the album went platinum, although the RIAA has it listed as gold.
